What are work sample descriptions for? What should I include?
Work sample descriptions are very important. You can write a description for every work sample you submit.
The work sample descriptions are what the reviewer will read in order to understand the work you have submitted. Common work sample description elements include titles, dates, locations, dimensions, and media/material.
Time-based work sample descriptions can include cue-times to focus the reviewer's time.
Performance-based work sample descriptions should indicate your role in the performance, as in "director," or "dancer," or "choreographer," or "set designer," or "cellist."
You can indicate "work in progress" if necessary.
