BIPOC Arts Network & Fund (BANF)

Primary responsibilities as a Community Storyteller will include, but are not limited to:

• Familiarizing yourself with the BANF initiative, reviewing existing documents, and conducting interviews with key leaders to understand the context and history.
• Collaborating with the evaluation team to train BANF collaborators in the Outcome Harvest process and outcome identification.
• Facilitating meetings and groups of BANF collaborators to identify and articulate their learnings with the Outcome Harvesting Methodology.
• Scheduling and conducting meetings (virtual or in-person) with external validators identified by BANF collaborators.
• Collaborating with the evaluation team to compile data and conduct an initial analysis of findings.
• Presenting initial findings to BANF collaborators and working together to interpret findings and develop final recommendations.
• Collaborating with the BANF leadership team to support the overall goals of the initiative.
• Capacities for reflective response.
