In respone to questions from applicants, it appears that our request for Workplace Demographics in the application form for Houston Cultural Treasures may not have been as clearly formatted as it should have been.

Please open your draft application and check your numbers you submitted for Workplace Demographics. You may need to make changes to your numbers in this section.

Possible reasons to make changes:

  1. If Key Leadership is also a member of the Staff, those individuals should be counted in both columns.
  2. If any person self-identifies with multiple ethnic, cultural, or racial identifiers, please mark 1 for each identifier that resonates. For example, if a staff member identifies as Multi-Ethnic, of Asian and Black descent, please add +1 in each of the rows: Black, Afro-Caribbean or African American, Asian or Pacific Islander, and Multi-Ethnic.
